Subject to the signing
and exchanging of the tenancy agreements, the house is to be on
an assured shorthold tenancy for a negotiable initial term of
12 months or more
The rent will be payable
in advance by bank standing order
Any changes to the interior
of the property will be subject to prior written approval by the
landlord
A returnable deposit equivalent
to one months rent would be required prior to the commencement
of the tenancy. This sum will be refunded at the end of the term,
less any amount for dilapidations or breaches of the tenancy agreement
